A lot of dives in Vietnam have signs advertising this delicacy. I managed to snap this shot as we drove by one place.

A lot of dives in Vietnam have signs advertising this delicacy. I managed to snap this shot as we drove by one place.
It makes me wonder if you are actually eating beef in Pho or instead dog meat? Hmmm....
