SCREENING AT THE ROXIE THEATER
Monday, 7/28 - Screening Group D
I believe that we have our talent lined up. Evan, Joanne, Dinah, and I met with three actors whom we really liked. One person, a 40-ish female is a SAG actress with years of experience and a degree in drama, can certainly carry a film. Another gentlemen, 60-ish, would be a great addition as he has a lot of experience in front of the camera. Finally, the last person we met with is a fire eater and dancer. Who knows, if we pull the superhero genre, we could use her as one of villains. In addition to these potential actors, we also met a harmonica player who is interested on working on the soundtrack. In any case, these people will definitely be an asset to our project, and our fan base will certainly grow exponentially. If anyone else has potential talent, please introduce them! Remember, SJ is right around the corner from SF, so it's good to have talent lined up!
As for location and props, obviously we can't really prepare ahead of time because we do not have our required elements, but it's always good to line up what we can, like what we did with the ambulance for Urgent Care, the Dolby Theater for Exit, and Junior Bottini the midget Vietnamese speaking horse for Retreat.
I don't about you, but I'm getting excited here. Could you please respond to this email letting me know if you're in. The address that I see for this group is IDOM@yahoo.com, so I'm not sure if everyone has received this email. Please shoot me back and email so that I know that you got it.
Go IDOM!

SCREENING SCHEDULE AND ASSIGNMENTS
Attached to this email is the official screening times and groups for the San Francisco Project (also pasted at the end of this email). Your team has been assigned to a group. The only way to change groups is to find a team willing to switch with you. Check the spreadsheet for emails, then let me know if you plan to change groups.
Before you get deep in the moment of filmmaking, just a note about the screenings:
-Don't forget to invite your family, colleagues, friends and film-lovers to the screenings. The info is below.
-Let your team members know which screening to attend to see their film.
-For each screening group, the audience will vote for their three favorite films and from these votes, one film will be awarded the audience award. There will be 4 Audience Awards in San Francisco.
-At the screening, feel free to celebrate your film (and to lobby the audience for votes). In the past, film teams have worn costumes, handed out candy and postcards to the audience in the lobby and brought posters and props along to the screening.
We're looking forward to a series of fun and exciting screenings!
